Do you have wedding DJ packages available?
We have four Wedding DJ Packages available. These are:
-Princess Plus, $1295
-Fairytale (Explosive Entertainment Signature Package), $2995
Do you customise your services to fit what the client wants for their wedding?
Yes. It is our pleasure and our job to make sure that our clients get what they want. Our goal is to make their night, a night to remember.
Do you provide all the equipment?
Yes. We have our own sound systems, microphones, and dancefloor lights. Sometimes, venues require wedding DJs like us to use their in-house sound systems due to noise level requirements.
How do we go about the music? Will you provide a song list for us?
We don’t usually provide the song list as most of the time, our clients pick the music. If you are having a hard time picking the songs for your reception, you can leave the music up to the DJ and he will play the best songs for your wedding.
Can we pick what music to play?
Yes. Upon the confirmation of booking, we will send you the login details to our music webpage to submit your music requests to us. Just in case your songs are not on our website, you may send us an email with your preferred song titles/artists/genre pasted or attached in the email.
Can the DJ take song requests from guests?
Yes. As long as the song is appropriate for the occasion and not included in the bride’s do-not-play list.
How long will the DJ play during the wedding?
Depends on the package booked with us. Our usual package is good for 5 hours of music. Clients may extend the hours which will be subject to an overtime fee.
Can the DJ act as the MC during the wedding?
Yes. We have this option available for only an additional $250 GST included.
How about ceremony music? Can you do that as well?
Yes. We have this option available for only an additional $195 which includes ceremony speakers, wireless mic and music for up to 1.5 hours.
Do you charge for overtime?
Yes. Please contact us for further enquiry about the cost.
Do you provide a contract for your services?
Yes. We send our T&Cs upon confirmation of the booking.
How do we book and pay for your services?
You may email or call us for a booking. We will send you an invoice through email and you may pay through bank transfer or direct deposit.
Do you accept deposits? Should we pay you in full after booking?
You don’t need to pay us in full immediately after booking. We only require a deposit of $100 and the rest can be paid on your due date which is usually two weeks prior to your wedding.
Aside from wedding DJ Hire, what are the other services you offer?
How far in advance do we need for the booking?
We recommend you book in as soon as you have booked your venue. Some specific dates in our calendar get fully booked quickly. Booking in advance will secure that you will have Explosive Entertainment as your wedding DJ.
